Real estate photography page library, Mississauga and the GTA
Real estate photography, videography and Matterport 3D tours, with a cinematic scroll-scrubbed homepage.
pages built, service x city plus specialty pages
Source: Build record, Aug 2026

The starting point
The client shoots real estate photography, video, drone and Matterport 3D tours for listings in Mississauga and across the GTA. Agents look for each of those services separately, and by city: a drone shoot in Vaughan is a different search from a 3D tour in Oakville, and each needs its own answer.
It is also the build with the most measurement behind it. We hold a Search Console baseline with 16 months of verified history for this client, and it is the client we run a formal KPI report for.
What we built
37 pages built: a service x city grid across drone, 3D virtual tour, video and photography, plus specialty pages. The sample listed below includes 3D virtual tours in Mississauga, Oakville, Vaughan and Markham; drone in Vaughan, Mississauga, Oakville and Caledon; Airbnb photography in Toronto and Mississauga; video in Vaughan and Mississauga; and real estate photography in Etobicoke and North York.
The homepage is a separate piece of work: a cinematic, scroll-scrubbed homepage, live for review. It shows the other half of what we build, where the job is to make a visual business look as good on the web as its own work does.
How the build ran
- 01
The baseline before the change
16 months of Search Console history, verified, means every change after the new pages go live is measured against a real before rather than a guess.
- 02
Review, then go live in stages
12 of the pages first sat at temporary addresses while the client reviewed them. After sign-off they moved to their permanent addresses in 2 stages on 12 August 2026: 2 pages first, then the other 10 within a few hours.
- 03
Checked by content, not by status code
The client's platform answers on the city in a URL and ignores the service, so an address with no page behind it can still return a 200. A status check would have passed pages that were not ours. Each moved page was confirmed by its heading and its section count instead.
- 04
A formal KPI report
On top of the plain-English monthly report every build gets, this client receives a formal KPI report, read against the 16 month baseline.
The cinematic capability, and a client we run a formal KPI report for. If your business sells something visual, this is the build that shows a service page library and a homepage that behaves more like a film can live on the same site.
It is also a small lesson in verification. A page that returns a 200 is not proof that the right page is live, so we check what the page says. The same habit runs through our SEO page libraries work, where every page is confirmed in the index before a phase is called done.

What we publish, and what we hold back
The client's name and domain are withheld until they approve being named. The page count comes from the build record, August 2026, and the migration dates from our own checks on the day.
We hold 16 months of verified Search Console history for this client and have not published figures from it. If the client approves, the numbers will go up with their windows and source named, the way the results case does.
