Isn't SEO dead now that ChatGPT exists?

The opposite. Google still answers about 8 billion queries per day, and every answer ChatGPT gives is a quote from a page someone wrote. SEO didn't die, it became the substrate that AI search runs on. The teams winning right now are the ones who optimised their pages to be both rankable and quotable.

What's the difference between SEO, GEO, and AEO?

SEO ranks pages on Google's classic results. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) gets you cited inside AI-generated answers, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini. AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) makes single passages directly extractable for AI Overviews and voice search. We do all three, because the same content engineered correctly wins all three.

Do you do programmatic SEO, or is that thin content?

We do programmatic where the underlying data is real and the user need is genuine, comparison pages, location pages with first-party data, integration pages, glossary entries built from primary research. We don't do programmatic where it would amount to scaled spinning. The line is whether the page deserves to exist.
