03 / Inbound · Studio-grade motion

From script.
To final frame.
Every week.

Most marketing teams ship 2-3 videos a quarter, when the editor isn't booked, when the freelancer hasn't ghosted, when the brief survives. We run a dedicated four-person crew per partner that ships 4-8 finished videos every month, multi-format, color-graded, never late.

Our premise

Most teams treat video as a project. We treat it as a pipeline. The pipeline is the moat, once it runs, you ship more in a month than your competitors do in a quarter.

A video without a pipeline is a one-shot expense.
A pipeline is a compound asset.
Build it once. Ship from it forever.

Live · 23-second showreel

Films that ship.

A cinema body, a monitor wall, three native cuts running at once. The pipeline as a single moving frame.

Production stations

Four stations. One pipeline.

The same four stations run for every partner, every week. Same hands at the desk. Same standards on the slate. Predictability is the feature; cinematic output is the proof.

Four-station production console: script, shoot, edit, post.

  • Station 01

    Script room

Every video starts as an argument. We open with a one-page brief, the buyer hypothesis, and three references. Outline locked Monday. First draft Tuesday. Final script in your inbox by Wednesday, no 'creative review' cycles where the brief drifts.

  • Station 02

    Shoot floor

Dedicated four-person crew per partner: director, DP, editor, motion designer. The same hands every shoot. By month two they know your product better than your last hire. ARRI / RED bodies, fast lenses, full audio kit, lit for cinema, not for 'content.'

  • Station 03

    Edit suite

Rough cut Thursday morning on Frame.io with timecoded comments. Two rounds of revisions baked in, more if the cut earns it. Sound design, not just music. Captions burnt in, color matched, deliverables versioned per platform.

  • Station 04

    Post + color

Color graded in DaVinci Resolve to your brand palette, locked. Motion built in After Effects from a reusable kit, not one-off MOGRTs. Sound finished in Pro Tools. Every frame is exam-ready before it ships.

The library effect

Every shoot multiplies.

B-roll captured for one video becomes the spine of three more. By month three we shoot half as much and ship twice as much. Every clip lands in a tagged library on your side, yours to keep, forever.

4× b-roll captured · 6× library multiplier · Frame.io tagged
Frame.io footage library with tagged clips and metadata grid.library.live · 218 clips
/01

Shoot once, cut six times

Each session captures 4× the b-roll we need for the headline cut. That overage feeds the next six weeks of cutdowns, shorts, reels, and ad hooks.

/02

A tagged library, not a hard drive

Every clip lands in your Frame.io with shot metadata, lighting setup, and brand-approval status. Searchable by anyone on your team, without a Slack thread.

/03

Reusable motion kit

Lower-thirds, end frames, transitions, supers, built once, themed to your brand, used across every video. New cuts compose from the kit; nobody rebuilds from scratch.

/04

Compound, not consume

By month three we shoot half as much because the library carries the weight. Output goes up. Cost per shipped video goes down. The pipeline is the moat.

Multi-format export

One shoot. Five platforms.
Native everywhere.

We don’t crop landscape and call it “platform-native.” Every cut is composed, framed, and titled per format from the original timeline, so a vertical reel reads like a vertical reel, not a squashed banner.

Five device frames showing the same shot composed for each native format.

The post-production cut

Color is the difference between “pretty good” and studio-grade. Sound is the difference between studio-grade and inevitable.

Most marketing video looks like marketing video. Ours doesn’t, because we color-grade to your brand palette in DaVinci Resolve and treat sound design like a feature director was watching. The result is video that reads as editorial, not promo.

Boring tools. Sharp output.

Questions we get

What buyers ask on the second call.

01

Who actually runs the camera?

Senior DPs with editorial / commercial backgrounds. We don't ship 'content creators' to your shoot. Same crew every time, so by month two they know your product better than your last hire and shoot day no longer needs onboarding.
02

What if I don't have an internal videographer to brief?

You don't need one. We run the brief, the storyboard, and the shot list end-to-end. Your job is to approve the script and show up to the shoot if you're on camera. We handle every other piece, pre-production, shoot day, post, distribution.
03

Can you film at our office, or do we have to come to a studio?

Either. Or on location. We carry a full mobile kit, lights, mics, monitors, lenses, lift gear. Setup is 90 minutes; strike is 45. The shoot floor comes to you, or you come to ours, or we go where the story actually lives.
04

What about animation or motion-only videos?

Same pipeline, no shoot day. After Effects + Cinema 4D for explainers, with the same reusable motion kit so your stack of explainers feels like one product, not ten freelancers.
05

Do we own the raw footage?

Always. Every shoot's RAW + audio drops into your cloud bucket within 48 hours of wrap. The library is yours forever, even if you stop the engine, you keep every frame.
