Every service.
Every city.
Its own page.

Nobody types your company name when a pipe bursts at 2am. They type the job and the city they are standing in. We build the page that answers that exact search, then the whole library behind it: every service you offer, in every city you serve, each page carrying its own research, copy, imagery and lead form, on your domain.

1 page answers 1 search.
A library answers them all.
And it keeps answering for years.

A library is the patient version of the work: 1 real page for 1 real search, done again for every service and every city, until the whole map you can drive to is covered.

Production stations

4 stations. 1 library.

Audit, research, the approved page, then the library. The four desks that have to run in that order for pages to ship every month and still be ranking two years later.

Four-station page library console: audit, research, approved page, index.

  • Station 01

    The audit

A full site audit lands before any building starts: what already ranks, what is broken, and what is worth rebuilding rather than replacing. It arrives as a written document, and it is yours to keep whatever you decide to do next.

  • Station 02

    The research

Every page in the plan comes out of measured search demand. We pull the numbers for each service and each city, save the raw export, and let that data decide which pages get built at all.

  • Station 03

    The approved page

1 page is built to your standard, section by section, with your call at every gate. That page becomes the reference every sibling is measured against, so page 200 holds the same bar as page 1.

  • Station 04

    The library, and the index

Pages ship in monthly phases. Sitemaps go in, indexing is confirmed page by page, and Search Console is wired so you can watch which pages are being found and which searches are finding them.

What goes into a page

6 inputs. 1 page.

A page is only as good as what goes into it. Your services, your cities, measured search demand, photographs of your own jobs, your licences and guarantees, and the way you take an enquiry. Every page in the library is built from that one set of inputs.

Six inputs feeding one page: services, cities, search demand, job photos, credentials, intake.

Pages moving through five checks before going live: research, words, imagery, form, human read.checks · 5 stage
The checks before a page ships

5 checks. Every page.

Every page has to carry 5 things before it goes live. The list stays the same whether the phase is 10 pages or 100, and it is the same list in month 12 as it was on the page you approved first.

read by a human · every page
  1. /01

    Its own research

The service and the city on the page come from a measured keyword pull, saved to disk. Where the demand is not there, the page does not get built.

  2. /02

    Its own words

Copy written for that job in that city. A page about a burst pipe in Richmond reads like it was written for Richmond, because it was.

  3. /03

    Its own imagery and schema

Pictures chosen for the page, plus the structured data that tells Google what the business does and which areas it serves.

  4. /04

    Its own lead form

Every page carries a form tagged to that page, so an enquiry lands with the page that produced it already attached.

  5. /05

    A human read

Someone reads the page end to end before it goes live, against the reference page you approved.

How a week shapes up

5 days. 1 batch of pages.

  1. MON

    Scope the phase

Which services and which cities ship this month, agreed against the keyword map.

  2. TUE

    Research

Search demand pulled per page, raw exports saved, the page list confirmed.

  3. WED

    Write

Copy written per page, for that job in that city, against the approved reference.

  4. THU

    Build

Imagery, schema, internal links and the tagged lead form, page by page.

  5. FRI

    Ship and check

Pages go live, sitemaps submitted, indexing confirmed page by page.

The library, in build

The research decides which pages exist. The page you approve decides how good every one of them turns out.

Building in monthly phases means you watch pages land, get indexed, and start collecting enquiries while the next phase is still being written. Every page that goes live is one we would happily put in front of your competitors.

Questions we get

What owners ask on the first call.

01

What is actually on each page?

Its own keyword research, its own copy for that job in that city, its own imagery, its own structured data, and its own lead form tagged to the page. Each page is built to answer 1 search properly, which is the reason Google keeps it and the reason a homeowner reads far enough to call you.
02

How many pages will I get?

Between 40 and 300, depending on how many services you sell and how many cities you serve. Phase 1 for 2 sister companies in Metro Vancouver was 42 pages across both. A cleaning company is at 400 pages built over 12 months. A Vancouver plumbing company had 46 existing pages rebuilt and 84 new ones added over 3 months.
03

Will Google index all of them?

Indexing is checked page by page and confirmed as part of every phase, and Search Console is wired from day 1 so you can see it yourself. 1 environmental testing client started at 6 pages, 3 of them indexed, with no organic traffic at all, which is an honest starting point for a lot of service businesses. Pages get built where the search demand is measured, so there is a real search sitting behind every one.
04

Where does the writing come from?

Your services, your cities, your own jobs, and the words your customers already type into the search bar. We pull the search data first and save the export, then write the page around what people actually ask for.
05

How long does it take, and what does it cost?

$50 a page. The audit and the keyword map come first, then 1 page is taken to your approved standard section by section, then the library ships in monthly phases. After the build, $500 a month keeps the pages maintained and the reporting running.
A library of pages stretching to the horizon, 1 for every service in every city.

Common questions

We’re direct about how we work.

The 8 questions below are the ones that actually come up on a first call, answered the way we would answer them on the call.

Still something missing? Email shivam@markingo.io. You’ll hear back within a business day.

  • 1 real page for every service you sell in every city you serve. Someone searching for burst pipe repair in Kitsilano lands on a page about burst pipe repair in Kitsilano. Do that across your whole service area and you cover the searches your customers are already making.

  • Each search is its own pocket of demand. A page about 1 service in 1 city can win that search. A page trying to cover 8 services across 20 cities competes with itself. Every page in the count maps to a search we measured first, so the number comes out of the research.

  • Its own keyword research from a live data pull, its own copy, its own imagery, its own schema markup, its own internal links, and its own lead form tagged so you can see which page produced the enquiry. Every page is researched and written on its own.

  • Yes. They sit on your domain, the enquiries go to your inbox, and every asset stays yours if we stop working together. 1 realty client moved off a rented platform that cost $990 a month onto a site they own outright.

  • Pages ship in monthly phases, so the library is live and indexed while it is still being built. Search Console is wired from day 1, and impressions are the honest early signal. Ranking movement follows as pages index and mature.

  • $500 a month keeps the library fresh and ranking, with a monthly report. SEO needs regular and ongoing work, and once a page ranks it can bring leads over months and years while the number keeps compounding.

  • 1 team, in house. The same people who research the keyword write the copy, design the page, build it and run it through the QA gate. You approve the first page section by section, and that approved page becomes the standard every other page is measured against.

  • We audit what you have first, and you keep the written audit either way. Pages worth keeping get rebuilt to the same standard and the library extends from there. 1 plumbing client had 46 existing pages rebuilt, then 84 new ones added over 3 months.
