Restoration contractor SEO page library, Metro Vancouver
Water, fire, mould and asbestos remediation, found for every emergency search in every city they serve.
pages live across 2 sister companies, Phase 1
Source: Build record, Aug 2026

The starting point
The client is a restoration contractor working across Metro Vancouver: water, fire, mould and asbestos remediation. Almost all of that work starts with an emergency search, typed on a phone by someone standing in the problem, and the search nearly always carries a place name. Flooded basement cleanup in Coquitlam. Fire damage restoration in Burnaby.
A single homepage cannot be the best answer to all of those searches at once. A page built for 1 service in 1 city can. That is the whole case for a page library, and this contractor sells enough services across enough cities to need a full grid rather than a handful of pages.
The same owner runs a second business, an environmental testing company that tests for asbestos and hazardous materials. 1 tests, 1 remediates, so the 2 sites were planned together and built in the same phase.
What we built
The library runs on a service x city architecture on a go. subdomain of the client's site. Each service gets its own page in each city the contractor covers, and every page carries its own research, copy, imagery and lead form. Nothing on 1 page is a find and replace of another.
Phase 1 put 42 pages live across the 2 sister companies, and every page in it was confirmed indexed and live before the phase was signed off. The sample listed below covers 2 service families, flooded basement cleanup and fire damage restoration, across Coquitlam, Richmond, New Westminster, Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey and Langley, plus a standalone burst pipe cleanup page and the homepage.
1 of those pages, flooded basement cleanup in Coquitlam, is the page we take apart stage by stage on the portfolio, from the search behind it to the QA gate. See what 1 page actually is.
How the build ran
- 01
Demand measured before the page list
Search demand for each service in each city was pulled and saved before any page was planned. The keyword map decides which pairs get a page, and a city with no measured searches behind it does not get one.
- 02
1 page taken to the standard
The first page was designed and built section by section, hero first, with the client's approval logged at each section. That approved page set the layout, the section order and the QA bar for every sibling.
- 03
Siblings with their own substance
The layout repeats across the library. The research, the copy and the imagery do not: heroes and section images are made for each page, so no 2 pages look alike.
- 04
Indexing confirmed, page by page
Pages ship as a phase and the sitemaps go in with them. Phase 1 was signed off with every page confirmed indexed and live, and every lead form writes an enquiry tagged with its page, so the client can see which page earned it.
This is the build to look at if you want to see a full service x city grid where every cell is a real page. It is also the clearest example of the section standard: the hero, the proof, the FAQ and the lead form hold the same bar on page 42 as on page 1.
If you run an emergency trade, the pattern carries over directly. The searches that matter most arrive with a service and a city in them, and they go to whoever has the most specific page. Our SEO page libraries service is this build, run for your services and your cities.

What we publish, and what we hold back
The client's name and domain are withheld until they approve being named, so pages are listed by service and city only. The page count comes from the build record, August 2026.
We do not publish a before state for this site, because the build record does not hold one we can show you, and we have not published traffic or lead numbers for it. When we do, they will come from the client's own Search Console and lead tracker, with the source named, the way the results case does.
